9/11 Families for a Safe & Strong America is an affiliation of 9/11 family members who view national security as the country’s top priority. We support the U.S. military and endorse the doctrine of pre-emption, supported by the 9/11 Commission’s statement on terrorist threats: “Once the danger has fully materialized, evident to all, mobilizing action is easier — but it then may be too late.” The organization was formed to provide a forum for news and commentary on matters of national security and of interest to 9/11 family members.

We can Never Forget the horror of 9-11 nor the Flight Crews, those killed in The Towers, nor so many who put other’s lives before their own trying to rescue them…Telling their stories is the perfect way to let their loved ones know our heartfelt feelings for those they lost….It was a beautiful day, that Sept 11th, the skies were so blue! Everyone went to work without a thought, that they would never be with their families and friends again! This is the first year, that I’ve seen “Remembrance Day of 9-11” on the Calendar, and it seems each year there are fewer and fewer American Flags displayed! FLY “OUR” FLAG…It’s symbolic of our Freedoms, and sends the message “UNITED WE STAND”!!!! Vicki, AA Flight Attendant Retired after 38yrs

No matter what the current president & the people he surrounds himself call it, Sept. 11 will ALWAYS be a DAY OR REMEMBERANCE for me. I serve others everyday of my life and am blessed to be able to do so, but I pledged to God and myself on September 11th that I WILL NEVER FORGET what happened today. Today I will serve others as always, but in my heart there will be prayers for those who died and those who loved them–that they will be blessed, comforted and REMEMBERED ALWAYS! GOD BLESS AMERICA!
