I feel really sad for Betty Ong because she was just so kind, caring, humorous and beautiful. She always made sure that all the passengers were feeling comfortable and she never took any rest. She was a hero and she will never be forgotten. Rest in peace Betty Ann Ong

Time has gone by, but I will never forget Tom McGuinness family I developed a relationship with Tom jr. they were friends and neighbors of mine in Fallbrook, Ca. Tom was just promoted and transferred to Boston. He was a TopGun in the Navy. I still cry when I remember this family. May God bless them always.

These were my co-workers, friends, artist developers and my AAngels~ I had the privilege and honor to fly with this amazing team of hero’s during my career as a flight attendant at AA. Words can never behind to express the impact they had on my life in the short time I got to know them. They taught me how to stand, move, write and sing. We did fund raisers together, went out and had fun on lay overs together and they believed in me…they were truly where I am today as a recording artist. The song we have out now My Angel was written with them and about them! God I still want you guys here with us but I know you are truly “My Angels” and protect myself and millions of others who recognize them! Thank you Flight 11 for being “MY ANGELS”I love and know I will see you all someday again! Thank you!! Kenny Nash

I remember Tom, I flew with him when we’re based in LA. He was was always polite, kind to all the crew. He was a Christian man & it was evident in his speech, conduct & everything he did, it was a pleasure knowing & flying with him. May he rest in peace…Beverly Lake
